Delete Your Account

You can delete your Vobbl account and all associated data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Vobbl and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account, near the bottom of the screen.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap the confirm button.

Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@vobbl.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable time.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile (name, email, avatar, banner)
All catch logs, photos, notes, and GPS data
Saved spots, trip plans, and tackle setups
Badges, achievements, and XP
Comments, likes, follows, and notifications

Some data may be retained briefly in backups or logs (e.g. crash diagnostics) for a limited period after deletion, consistent with our Privacy Policy, before being purged.
